Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you book for another adult, you confirm that you have their permission and that they accept these terms.

Customer accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password, device and verification codes secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly through the contact page if you believe your account is being misused.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unsafe conduct, policy violations or unauthorized access.

Booking and confirmation

You must provide the correct name, mobile number, service address, location type, date and time. A request is not confirmed merely because it was submitted. Confirmation occurs only after the required OTP and payment steps are completed and the platform accepts the booking.

Therapist availability can change. When reasonably necessary, we may contact you to reschedule, cancel or offer a suitable replacement. Any material change will be communicated using the contact information connected to your account.

Home and hotel visits

• The service area must be safe, private, hygienic and reasonably accessible.
• You must provide complete address, landmark and access instructions.
• For hotel services, you are responsible for hotel permission, visitor access and correct room details.
• An adult customer must be present throughout the appointment.

A therapist may refuse to enter or may leave a location that appears unsafe, unlawful, misleading or materially different from the booking details.

Professional wellness services only

Services offered through The Leaf And Life Spa are professional wellness services. They are not medical diagnosis, emergency care or a substitute for treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Tell the therapist about allergies, injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or other information that may affect safe service delivery.

Sexual, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, illegal or otherwise inappropriate requests or behaviour are strictly prohibited. The therapist may end the appointment immediately, and the matter may be reported or the account restricted in accordance with our policies.

Prices and payment

The total shown during booking is based on the selected therapist, service location and treatment. Applicable charges are displayed before you submit your booking.

• Booking advance: a ₹150 UPI advance is required to reserve the appointment and is non-refundable.
• Remaining balance: the balance shown for the booking is paid in cash after the service is completed.

The booking advance is submitted through the UPI instructions shown on the website and is confirmed only after verification by our team. Never share your UPI PIN, password or OTP with a therapist or support agent. Full online gateway payment is currently unavailable.

Cancellation, late arrival and no-show

You may cancel an eligible booking from My Bookings until two hours before its scheduled appointment. Online cancellation is disabled inside the final two-hour window; contact support if an exceptional situation prevents the appointment.

The ₹150 booking advance is non-refundable when the customer cancels, arrives late, denies access, provides an incorrect address or is unavailable. If we cancel because the requested service cannot be provided, any exception or refund will be reviewed under our refund policy. Late arrival may shorten the available service time.

Customer conduct and property

You must treat therapists and support staff respectfully and follow reasonable safety instructions. You are responsible for damage or loss caused by your deliberate misconduct or negligence. Therapists are responsible for delivering only the service described in the confirmed booking.

Platform availability

We work to keep the platform accurate and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, connectivity problems, payment-provider outages, emergencies or events outside reasonable control may delay or prevent a booking or service.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, The Leaf And Life Spa is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate customer information, prohibited conduct, third-party systems or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

Privacy and communications

We use account, booking, location and payment-related information to operate the service, prevent misuse and provide support. Our handling of personal information is further described in the Privacy Policy. Service messages may be sent by phone, SMS, email or another channel connected to your booking.

Intellectual property

The Leaf And Life Spa name, branding, website design, text, graphics and platform software are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the website for personal booking purposes only and may not copy, resell, scrape, interfere with or misuse it without written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. The effective date above will be updated when a revised version is published. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable law, disputes will be handled by the competent courts where the business has its registered office. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the concern promptly.
